Don't re-fetch random topic every time user gets to the home view - keep it stable for the duration of the "session".

(I.e. check if random topic exists in state - if yes, use that and don't fetch a different one).

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
